Support for Staff

How to submit a support ticket for Staff

  1. Navigate and log in to your North Collins District Gmail
  2. Left click the Google app “waffle” icon located at the top right
  3. Scroll down to the very bottom of the menu, clicking “more” if needed
  4. Left click the “NCSD Technology Support” Eagles icon
  5. Once at the Asset Panda page left click “Service Tickets” and then "Add New" to create a ticket
  6. Fill out the form and left click “Save”
